Loser
Any player hand, pat or stiff, that is beaten by a dealer’s Strong card (7 through ace) is a Loser.

Push

Note that 16 against 6 is not a Push because it fails to meet the definition in two ways:
16 is not a total from 18 to 20 or 8 to 11.
6 is not a Strong card for the dealer.
Likewise, 17 against 7 is not a Push, because 17 is not a total from 18 to 20 or 8 to 11.
